Golden Birds – After the Fire

My imagination was inspired by the beauty and intensity that manifests in our natural world. The beauty that comes after the fire.
The original artwork is a very thick handmade panel including shibori dyed, silk georgette fabric partial felt, and other assorted partial felts and fabrics, measuring approximately 55 x 130cm.
Materials: High quality archival print from my original textile artwork, professionally photographed and reproduced on archival fine textured art silk paper.
The prints have been professionally photographed and printed by a well-respected local fine art printer in Australia, resulting in beautiful detail and accurate colours. They look just like the textile work with shadowy borders, visible fibres and wrinkles making them appear three-dimensional. For longevity, the print should be framed well. The prints are signed and are available in three sizes.
